Upon graduation from law school, Halima Narcisse Smith served as the law clerk to the Honorable Ethel S. Julien at Civil District Court for the Parish of Orleans. After the completion of her clerkship, Ms. Smith practiced insurance defense and toxic tort litigation in New Orleans area law firms. Ms. Smith opened this law office in November 2009.
